📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to achieve branch objectives.,Monitor branch performance and implement improvement initiatives.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular reports to the Branch Manager and senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a similar organization.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of banking or financial services industry is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
