Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Track and manage fuel usage, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations.,Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor vehicle performance and safety, and implement measures to improve both.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
