📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies for Modern Trade channels.
• Leverage data analytics to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of inventory management systems.
• Monitor inventory performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Implement inventory control systems using SAP and Oracle.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with inventory policies.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in inventory management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in inventory management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing inventory optimization strategies.
• Strong understanding of SAP and Oracle inventory management systems.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
