HR Representative - Mandarin Speaker

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle employee inquiries and complaints in Mandarin, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
• Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Conduct employee surveys and provide feedback to the HR team.
• Organize and facilitate HR-related events and activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools.
• Support the HR Manager in onboarding new employees and offboarding departing employees.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and communications.
• Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin both spoken and written.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
