Warung Intan Shop is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage our vehicle fleet. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Nusa Dua and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Manage vehicle schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries and pick-ups.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of the vehicle fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
