🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the HR field.,Proven experience in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR management software and tools.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.
