In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our logistics and freight management systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our logistics and freight management systems,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity of documentation,Develop user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency and quality,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,2-4 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Proficiency in English language,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with logistics and freight management systems is a plus,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Strong communication and collaboration skills
