🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT hardware support and maintenance.
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring IT teams.
• Certifications in IT hardware support, such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA.
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and diagnostic tools, including HP, Dell, and Cisco equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in using IT management software, such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management.
