Local Central Group is seeking a Lead QC Staff to oversee the quality control process in our production line. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control process to ensure products meet the required standards.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.,Lead and mentor the QC team to maintain high standards.,Identify and implement improvements to the quality control process.,Ensure compliance with all quality control regulations and standards.,Provide regular reports on quality control metrics and trends.,Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control roles.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
