📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Operate and maintain production machines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor machine performance and identify any issues or potential problems.
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machines as needed.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work with other team members to ensure production targets are met.
  • Keep accurate records of machine usage and maintenance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving machine-related issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator.
  • Knowledge of machine maintenance and repair.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred).
  • Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is a plus.
