Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Administer employee benefits and payroll,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles,Proficient in using HR management software,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Fluency in English and Indonesian
