📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to support employee development.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training programs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Provide guidance and support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
