Dana Purna Investama is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Payroll Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire payroll process, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefit payments.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including generating payslips and bank transfers.,Maintain up-to-date records of employee payroll information, including salary structures, tax codes, and benefit enrollments.,Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies.,Provide payroll support to the HR team, including processing employee onboarding and offboarding.,Monitor payroll expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.,Prepare and present monthly payroll reports to management.,Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with these requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations.,Proficient in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks).,Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
