📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth running of the store.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and reordering.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.,Participate in store audits and quality control checks.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Must be fluent in both Indonesian and English.
