📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities,Manage and track sales pipelines and forecast revenue,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our reach

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Strong understanding of the retail or e-commerce industry,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
