📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.,Train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Manage customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and other necessary items.,Promote the restaurant's brand and ensure a positive customer experience.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing staff and operations in a fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
