📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company goals.,Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance, providing regular reports to management.,Handle recruitment, training, and development of staff to meet departmental needs.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Represent the department in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and HR management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of successful team management and development.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
