NOVA Nusantara is seeking a Lead IT Support to join our team in Canggu. As the Lead IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our IT infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line technical support to employees and clients.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and problems.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior IT staff.,Ensure that IT systems are compliant with industry regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
