Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing a team of pharmacists and ensuring they are trained and equipped to deliver high-quality services.
• Overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, medication dispensing, and customer service.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve pharmacy services and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy and safety of pharmacy operations.
• Providing guidance and support to junior staff members.
• Participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the pharmacy industry.
• Representing the pharmacy at external meetings, conferences, and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• A degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology.
• Ability to travel and work in remote locations.
