📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of sales consultants
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Setting and achieving sales targets
  • Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to sales team members
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the sales department

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using sales software and tools
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English
