📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and food preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all relevant regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage budgets and ensure the restaurant operates within financial targets.,Respond to customer complaints and feedback, and take corrective action as necessary.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
