📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and prospects in Palopo and surrounding areas.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and networking events.,Present products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing their concerns.,Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.,Monitor and report sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote PRIMA Pratama's products and services.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the distribution or related industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
