Tanggung Jawab:
Leading and managing economic research projects from conception to completion.Conducting in-depth analysis of economic data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Developing and implementing research methodologies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of findings.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable policy recommendations.Presenting research findings to stakeholders, including policymakers, government officials, and community leaders.Publishing research reports and articles to disseminate findings to a wider audience.Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in economic research and policy.Mentoring and guiding junior researchers to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.Master's degree or Ph.D. in Economics, Development Studies, or a related field is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in economic research, policy analysis, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Stata, R, or Python.Knowledge of Indonesian economic and development issues.🛠️ Keahlian
