As a Senior Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and guests, ensuring they have a pleasant and efficient experience. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner.,Handle inquiries, complaints, and reservations efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Enforce hotel policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
