📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Provide guidance and support to junior learning and development professionals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Report on the progress and outcomes of learning and development initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning and development programs.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques.
