📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the technical aspects of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement technical standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical requirements are met and that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges that may arise during project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our projects and processes.
  • Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Participate in project reviews and meetings to provide input and feedback on technical matters.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the engineering industry.
