📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with clients to identify innovation opportunities and develop strategic growth plans.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis using tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
• Create and present data-driven insights to stakeholders using Power BI.
• Develop and implement innovation initiatives that drive digital transformation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and clients.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on innovation best practices.
• Measure the impact of innovation initiatives and report on key performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or innovation management.
• Proven track record of driving innovation and digital transformation in a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in innovation management or digital transformation is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
