As an Executive, Sustainability and Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable practices across all aspects of our business, from energy and water conservation to waste management and community engagement. You will work closely with our team of sustainability experts, marketing professionals, and retail partners to create a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with our vision of becoming a net-zero carbon emitter by 2030.

Based in Bali, you will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid or remote setup, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life while making a real impact on our planet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy for 1 Utama Shopping Centre, focusing on reducing our carbon footprint and promoting responsible business practices.
• Lead the Greenprint initiative, a program aimed at creating a sustainable and eco-friendly shopping experience for our customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and implement sustainable solutions across all aspects of our business.
• Monitor and report on our sustainability performance, using tools like SAP and Excel to track key metrics and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain our sustainability reporting framework, ensuring compliance with international standards such as GRI and CDP.
• Create and distribute engaging content through our corporate communications channels, showcasing our sustainability achievements and inspiring others to take action.
• Represent 1 Utama Shopping Centre at industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally, to promote our sustainability initiatives and network with key stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of sustainability within our organization, encouraging employees to adopt eco-friendly practices and participate in our sustainability programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability, corporate communications, or a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving measurable results.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, with a deep understanding of international standards and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting tools and software, such as SAP, Excel, and GRI.
• Certification in sustainability or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage a high workload in a fast-paced environment.
