📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee material receipts, inspections, and storage processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels using SAP MM and Excel to maintain optimal stock balances.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to manage purchase orders and deliveries.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Implement corrective actions to address inventory discrepancies and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits to verify accuracy of inventory records.
• Train and mentor junior staff in material control procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in material management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in material control or supply chain management in manufacturing.
• Proven experience with SAP MM or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
