📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies for Modern Trade channels.
Leverage data analytics to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of inventory management systems.
Monitor inventory performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Implement inventory control systems using SAP and Oracle.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with inventory policies.
Train and mentor team members on best practices in inventory management.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in inventory management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully implementing inventory optimization strategies.
Strong understanding of SAP and Oracle inventory management systems.
Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
