📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective material procurement.
• Negotiate contracts and purchase orders with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and prices.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to optimize warehouse space and reduce carrying costs.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and track supplier performance metrics to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support the company's operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or a related role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven track record of successful procurement projects and cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to the manufacturing sector.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
