BukuWarung is expanding its team in Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan, and we're looking for a dynamic Merchant Success Executive (EDC Sales Acquisition) to drive our merchant onboarding initiatives. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new merchants to use our EDC (Electronic Data Capture) solutions. In this role, you'll spend your days visiting potential merchants, demonstrating our EDC solutions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You'll work closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Acquire and onboard new merchants for our EDC solutions.
• Visit potential merchants to demonstrate our EDC solutions and address their needs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new merchants.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Provide regular updates and reports on merchant acquisition and onboarding progress.
• Identify and address any issues or challenges in the merchant onboarding process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing merchants.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with EDC solutions and merchant services.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the East Kalimantan market and merchant landscape.
