In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, specialty lattes, and seasonal drinks. You'll also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage cash transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position, offering flexibility to balance your personal and professional commitments while allowing you to develop your skills in a dynamic coffee environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, specialty lattes, and seasonal drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Manage cash transactions, including processing payments and handling cash deposits.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Learn and apply new coffee preparation techniques to enhance the quality of our offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including espresso, pour-over, and other specialty techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of equipment and supplies.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
