📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the audit process by maintaining and organizing financial documents.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and filing.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your accounting skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards is a plus.
